Exciting new opportunity for a high-flying and ambitious Asset Manager with Value-Add experience to step into a Regional Head role!

Our client, an established global PERE Asset Manager, is looking to appoint a new Head of Asset Management for their APAC real estate portfolio.

This is a global firm with a strong track record of investing in and managing a diverse portfolio worldwide, our client are a well-respected and highly successful establishment that offers a great deal of growth opportunities for the successful candidate.

With a growing regional portfolio throughout Asia Pacific specifically Singapore, China, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia, the successful appointment would take charge of portfolio performance, strategise asset plans and undertake asset enhancement initiatives as well as some new development projects. This role will be supported by two other Asset Managers, with the headcount budget to add two more next year!

You would have demonstrable leadership experience/potential, real estate asset management experience within APAC and have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a deep understanding of all aspects of real estate asset management.

You will have a good Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance, with 8 to 12 years experience in real estate asset management (office, retail, residential, commercial, mixed-use). You must possess strong knowledge of the property industry and a keen understanding of real estate investment and asset management.

You must also demonstrate good report writing and communication skills
