Our client, a leading Investment Manager, is seeking a Fund Finance Manager to join their team. With over 25 years’ experience, the firm currently manages over €18bn of assets across Europe and Asia. Clients of the firm include pension funds, insurance companies, banks, endowments and family offices. Investments include office, retail, industrial and residential property.

Joining the team in London, the successful candidate will be responsible for all management and financial accounting and reporting for all entities and will work closely with the Head of Fund Finance.

Responsibilities:

Statutory financial accounting:

  • The preparation and audit of annual financial statements for funds
  • Reviewing the consolidated accounts and signing off before transferring to the auditors
  • Keeping the auditors up to date throughout the year
  • Reviewing the draft financial statements

Investor reporting:

  • The co-ordination and preparation of the finance elements within the investor reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to the timetable for investor reporting
  • Ensuring that the fund administrators and accountants are accurately reflecting transactions
  • Reviewing the NAV calculations

Commercial Finance:

  • Building relationships with investors
  • Prepare investor drawdowns
  • Manage cash flow across the entire structure
  • Develop financial models

Requirements:

  • ACA Qualified
  • Minimum 2.1 degree educated
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong project management
