Our client is urgently looking for a Head of Marketing to join its fast paced and forward thinking organisation to head up and manage its Marketing Department.

You will be able to demonstrate and have a proven track record of planning, managing and executing marketing campaigns and will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of software including CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Adobe, amongst others.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content.
  • Maintain & manage the website and manage customer enquiries generated from the website.
  • Manage & deliver regular email marketing campaigns.
  • Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing value for money and profitability.
  • Identifying new target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
  • Preparing & managing marketing plans and budgets.
  • Manage presence on social media.
  • Responsible for the content & delivery of monthly client newsletters.
  • Responsible for video making and editing.
  • Act as liaison between marketing & design agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
  • Event management & associated logistics.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience within the Real Estate Sector ideal but not essential.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing & business administration or a related subject.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to think creatively.
  • Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of our customers.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and other related software packages.
  • Able to work with and manage the existing marketing team.
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
