Helpdesk Operator, Full Time, Permanent, Stockport, £20,500 Per Annum

My client is a prestigious health care provider and is recruiting for an experienced FM Operator to join their expanding team on their central Stockport site. You will take reactive calls from the client to log repair work needed for their portfolio of sites.

Main duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Logging all inbound customer calls
  • Data input
  • Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are always adhered to
  • All supporting administrative duties
  • Minuting meetings
  • Developing all customer and client relationships
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Ordering stationary where required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Facilities Management experience (desirable)
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Package

Please note that the hours are shifted for this role and follow a rotational pattern including earlier shifts 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm and 12pm – 8pm. You will also be required to work 1 in every 5 weekends.
