HR Administrator

£22,000 – £28,000 (DOE)
My client, a highly regarded property owner and developer, is looking for a HR Administrator to join their friendly Personnel team. This company are world renowned and continue to go from strength to strength, so it is a very exciting time to come on board!
This role would ideally suit someone with Administration and HR experience, but a personable and hardworking demeanour and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Main duties include
- Maintaining the HR database
- Formulating job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews
- Make employment offers and draft contracts
- Carry out reference checks
- Prepare employment checks
- Track and manage sickness
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Assist the HR manager and wider team with administrative tasks
- Invoicing
- Organise and participate in employee relations
- Prepare for new starters including organising inductions
- Process leaver forms
- Manage the HR mailbox
- Liaise with internal and external parties
The ideal candidate will be
- CIPD qualified or equivalent degree
- A confident communicator
