The Company
My client is a leading private equity firm focusing on luxury real estate portfolio and they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

The Position

This position will be a hybrid opportunity to part of the finance team and be responsible for a wide-range of crucial and challenging tasks. Specific work includes:

Finance and Reporting (Asset Level)

  • Financial control, capital structuring, treasury management for the Group and its Singapore subsidiaries
  • Review investee companies on finalization of accounts, investment valuations, return projection
  • Monthly and annual budgeting and forecast – measuring and monitoring of performance of the retail malls
  • Consolidate all underlying assets, and monitor the entire group cashflow management
  • Asset management annual budget business plan, asset performance, looking at individual assets and any variance from business plans
  • Prepare and finalize financial models required
  • Liaise with Singapore tax agent to apply for MAS Enhanced-Tier Fund Tax Incentive Scheme for the Group
  • Liaise with internal audits and external statutory audits and resolution of outstanding audit queries

The Person

  • Qualified accountant with at least 5-7 years of experience in an investment firm or exposure to investments, private equity or real estate portfolio in Audit
  • Understanding of Income Tax Act regulations
  • Requires strong individual looking to develop, and directly manage the asset level financial performance
  • You will be an independent worker who is able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
