Our client is a recognized player within the electronics space and they are looking to hire a legal counsel to join their office in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide legal advice and support to various business units in Singapore and overseas
- Vetting, drafting and negotiation of contracts
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide advice on compliance topics
- Handle basic corporate secretarial responsibilities such as the drafting of Board resolutions
Requirements
- Recognized law degree
- Good experience in a range of general corporate/commercial matters
- 3-5 PQE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
