My client is a leading property and lifestyle company and they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of selling policies on eCommerce sites
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for marketing, PR, technology and etc
Requirements:
- Qualified to Singapore bar with 3-8 years of experience in e-Commerce law, IT, IP, privacy work
- e-Commerce brand, technology or media in-house legal experience would be an added advantage
This will be a good role for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce or IT/IP work.
