Inhouse- Legal Counsel
The Company
Our client is a leading in-house company who is in an exciting phase of development and expansion. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities include:
· Working closely with legal and business stakeholders
· Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of corporate/commercial contracts
· Being a team player, willing to explore and learn new skill sets
Key Requirements include:
· Recognized law degree
· Called to Singapore Bar with 6-8 PQE
· Prior e-commerce experience would be advantageous
· Ability to work proactively and independently
