Our client is a highly respected, mid size Property company with a variety of Residential and Commercial Assets. They have a turnover of close to £100m and are part of a wider group of companies. It’s a great working environment, based in one of London’s nicest and most historic areas – South Kensington
This role is primarily to work within a small Finance team of 5 to deliver sets of Statutory Accounts for their portfolio. The role reports into the Finance Director.
The duties of the role are to very much hit the ground running in the delivery of the Stat Accounts, and to do that you will need clear experience and qualifications as below;
- Fully qualified Accountant
- Experience of working with Property Companies
- Experience of delivering Statutory Accounts
- Availability to start immedidately (22nd/ 23rd January)
- Be available until the end of April
