Investment Analyst – UK and Europe Investment and Development
A boutique Investor and Developer in London is seeking an Investment Analyst to assist with transactions across the UK and Europe predominantly with Industrial, Retail and Residential properties.
Salary: £50,000-60,000 + bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Financial due diligence for new acquisitions.
- Asset and Property Management for current assets in the portfolio.
- Investor reporting on a monthly basis.
- Change of use work for assets that are to be redeveloped.
Requirements:
- Transactions experience essential.
- Excel-based modelling essential.
- Front-facing experience.
