Our client, a leading investment institution, is currently looking to add an Investment Analyst to be focused on the TMT sector.
Job Details:
- Involved in detailed deal review – financial analysis, valuation, industry research & preparation of investment proposals
- Involved in the structuring analysis and review of transaction documents
- Assist with deal execution & various due diligence exercises
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years coming from an Investment Banking, Private Equity or Management Consultancy background
- Excellent financial modelling & valuation skills
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
