Our client is a global multi-billion private equity investment firm heavily invest in Asia with strong track record in TMT, Consumer, Industrial and Financial and Business Service sectors.

They are seeking to appoint Associate/Senior Associate based in Beijing.

Job responsibilities:

Investment exposure in China as well as in the Asian region;
Identify/evaluate investment opportunities including conducting commercial due diligence, performing financial analysis, building financial models;
Preparing presentations, drafting investment memos etc.;
Involved in deal negotiation and potential exit.

Requirement:

High-caliber sell-side and buy-side candidates with minimum 3 years experience in an international firm;
Experience in private equity with previous bulge bracket investment banking experience is highly preferred;
Well trained investment professionals with solid technical skills;
Gradated from top universities;
Native in Mandarin and proficient in English
