Investment & Development Real Estate Housing Specialist – Central London
Salary will be dependent on individual, ranging from £50,000 to £100,000 per annum.
My client is well backed and focuses on bringing institutional investment to deliver the large-scale development of affordable homes for rent.
It works with local authorities, government, developers and other registered providers of affordable homes to unlock stalled or challenging sites.
The form of the investment depends on the type of partnerships and the risks associated and they seek to take their return in the form of affordable homes, which will be managed by registered providers.
This is a relatively new team and so the role can be moulded to the skills of the individuals they hire and as such they are open on background and level. You would be involved in deal underwriting, development appraisals etc.
Experience in the affordable housing sector would be ideal.
