The Investment Director will be responsible for –

– Be responsible to source and execute investment opportunities.

– Lead due diligence, direct transactions team and coordinate execution and closing.

– Develop complex financial models, research analysis and document of transactions.

– Present investment proposals to the Investment committee.

– Liaise with the investee’s management teams and ensure for best practises

– Work closely with the legal team, structure investments and negotiate terms.

– Oversee existing portfolio of multiple companies.

Requirements-

– Honours or Financial degree

– 10+ years experience within Private Equity , Investment banking M&A, Big 4 or management consultancy.

– Strong financial modelling with attention to detail.

– Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask.

– Fluency in English and Bahasa is essential because of deals coverage.
