Our client is a leading real estate investment management business. This company is looking to appoint a talented individual into its Investor Relations team. This client facing role will work closely with the Director of Investor Relations to manage and develop both new and existing client relationships. The role will involve maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and developing new relationships with prospective investors for the business. You will maintain presentations and create new presentations from internal teams. You will also provide support for the launch of new products and maintain prospective investor lists to relation to specific products. The role also involves managing the online profiles of the company funds.
You will have an in depth knowledge and understanding of real estate and will have been working in an Investor Relations capacity. Previous experience writing RFPs or DDQs would also be highly beneficial. You must have an exceptional grasp of the English language, both verbally and in you written work.
