A New Zealand Property Fund Manager that manages property investment schemes linked to the apartment market is looking for a skilled property professional to join their Investor Relations team here in Auckland.

This person will be an integral part of the communications/legal process between shareholders and investors and the company stakeholders. 

The best person for this role will have excellent communication skills, verbally and written.  They will need to be Bi-lingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.  Experience in investor relations and the sales environment within a previous funds management business will be highly sought after.  International travel will also be required.

Skills and Experience required for this positon include:

  • University Qualification (Property, Law, Business, Finance)
  • Property experience
  • Experience in financial services, legal or accounting
  • Relationship management
  • Strong networking and client facing abilities
  • Proven network throughout Asia preferred
  • Articulation and understanding of financial products
