Our client is a real estate investment trust (REIT) and they are seeking to appoint a Leasing and Tenant Relations professional (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager) to lead on the leasing and marketing of their industrial properties portfolio. You will be responsible for generating business leads and negotiating leases with tenants. You will also assist in managing customer relations and building a strong relationship between landlord and tenant. Additionally, you will advise on strategies to maximise rental and occupancy.

You will ideally have a Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate, Business or Marketing with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing and leasing experience within the real estate industry in Singapore. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and speak and write well. You will also have a strong network of industry contacts and work very well in a team.

You will be a high-energy and positive go-getter and must be very familiar with the entire leasing process from sourcing for new business, negotiation and tenant management. A certification in the CMFAS Module 10 (Rules & Regulations for REIT Management, with Product Knowledge & Analysis) is preferred but not essential.
