The Company:

My client is one of the world’s top-grade chemical manufacturer with a strong global footprint. They are a seeking a Legal Manager to join their commercial team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and draft structural contracts, tenders and/or legal documentations for Sales and Projects
Responsible for the company’s risk control management
Work with business associates and internal stakeholders in multi-cultural and cross borders teams to ensure operations compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to ensure consistency with corporate policies and procedures
Responsible as company secretary, draft resolutions and report for the board of directors

Requirements:

Law degree
Less than 5 years of experience in a commercial business environment
Proficiency in business mandarin due to frequent liaison with Chinese counterparts
