About the Company

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank with over $400B in AUM. They have offices worldwide and one of the world’s largest infrastructure asset manager.

They seek a lawyer with experience in commodities trading contracts and regulation, trade finance and structured financing transactions.

The role

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in in commodities trade finance gained from law firm, or financial institutions. Familiarity with derivatives would be highly advantageous. You will also provide high level general advice to the commodities and structured trade solutions desks.
