Your Company
My client is a distinguished, global brand in the manufacturing space. They are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This role offers a very supportive working environment with excellent growth opportunity as the company expands its business
Your Role
· Commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations with clients, vendors and suppliers
· Building relationships across all functions of the business, both domestically and internationally
· Oversight of corporate secretarial team
Requirements:
· Singapore or Commonwealth Qualified
· Ideally 1-2 years of in-house experience
· Some understanding of corporate governance
