My client is looking for a legal counsel to join its global legal team. You will be responsible for a broad range of commercial matters across a variety of jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- To provide legal support to the Group for special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, expansion into new areas of business or new countries and greenfield projects;
- To provide legal support to the Group for its business dealings with its suppliers and customers; and
- To provide legal support for the Group’s day to day operations
Job Requirements:
- Commonwealth qualified with 6-8 years of experience
- In-house experience would be ideal
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
