My client is a leading player in the precision engineering space with a strong regional presence. They are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice for the region as well as managing risk and group objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing day to day legal advice to operating units, reviewing of contracts, maintenance of legal database
- Managing external service providers
- Assist in ad-hoc projects such as Mergers & Acquisition and Divestment
Requirements:
- Law degree
- Less than 5 years of experience in a commercial business environment
- Experience in China regulatory requirements is a plus due to business requirement and expansion projects in China counterparts
