My client is set to build gaming and e-commerce empire that is now one of South-east Asia’s largest start-up. In view of business expansion, they are looking to hire a legal counsel join their well-established legal team in Singapore.
In this position, the legal counsel will be working on various legal and regulatory issues, with a focus on financial institution regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualified in a common law jurisdiction (ideally Singapore) with 5-10 years of experience
- Ideally from a top tier law firm or a multinational organisation
- Candidates with solid understanding of the Banking Act and relevant regulations, notices and guidelines.
This is a rare opportunity for mid-senior level lawyers to move in-house for career advancement.
