The Company:
An exceptional opportunity for a mid-level Corporate/TMT lawyer to join the high-performing legal team of a technology company. You will work closely with business leaders and provide advisory support on all general corporate commercial matters.
This role has a broad remit and will see you working on core service agreements, supply contracts, ICT, employment, and cybersecurity agreements.
Essentials:
You will ideally have gained corporate experience as a lawyer with a solid foundation and training in private practice, and potentially in-house experience.
It would be a great first move in-house or a second move for someone already in-house but looking for the next step up.
