This is the perfect role for a talented, ambitious legal secretary with a background in property law who is or has recently been working within a reputable NZ based law firm.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who would like to become more involved in the legal files they are working on and who has the ability to organise their authors’ workflow to ensure their day runs smoothly.

It is imperative you possess a proactive approach and have the ‘get up and go’ required to complete tasks quickly and make the lives of this small busy team easier. A great mix of Property, Trusts and Estates is offered in this role. To be successful in this role you must have solid Property Legal Secretarial experience including ADLS web forms, LINZ and e-dealing and some knowledge of at least either Estates or Trust law. Experience within a NZ law firm is also essential.
