Residential Lettings Client Accountant Central London Permanent

£28k – £32k

A brilliant opportunity with a leading independent Property Consultancy who have impressive and varied projects across the World has become available. They are looking for a motivated and driven Lettings Client Accountant to handle all queries, both internal and external, and manage the client accounts so that everything runs effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Processing all the accounts to Trial Balance on the computer program.
Processing the new tenancy transactions and the renewal transactions.
Assist in preparing the Management Accounts and process static and accounting transactions
Chasing up all money required- tenant rent and client fees.
Prepare and submit BACS payments.

Personal Requirements

Hard Working, with an excellent eye for detail and plenty of initiative.
Good communication skills and the ability to resolve client queries with confidence.
Excellent Excel skills
Good at problem solving and pays attention to detail
