Our client is a prestigious residential developer in Central London, who specialise in high end properties. They currently have two new sites which have come online and are looking to build their front of house team.

Within this position you will play a vital role in presenting the “face of the company” and thus it is vital you are able to uphold our client’s professional image and reputation. The position for doormen will see experienced concierges/porters learn further customer service skills.

Supervising and overseeing the tower block
Monitoring the CCTV
Patrolling the building and ensuring there are no signs of anti social behaviour
Building relationships with the tenants and being a point of contact for any queries
Valet parking
Restaurant booking

The ideal individuals while possess between them skills in property management, administration and various maintenance. Other pre-requisites include;

Customer service experience
Good negotiation and people skills
IT literacy
