Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Manager for a Client Side Developer. This boutique property development company has recently acquired a trophy commercial office and requires a maintenance professional to drive forward the hard FM delivery within the site.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and executing reactive and proactive maintenance on the building plant and fabric.

  • Managing and scheduling specialist maintenance contractors.

  • Liaising with the commercial occupiers and maintaining good working relationships with them.

  • Organising and overseeing projects such as refurbishments and fit-out’s as necessary.

  • Undertaking regular site inspections and ensuring full compliance with UK and company health & Safety legislation.

Ideally you will possess a related maintenance qualification and H&S qualification such as an IOSH to back this up.
