Responsibilities:

Provide day to day support to current and prospective clients across several real estate funds
On board investors in accordance with established procedures, coordinating with third-party administrators where applicable
Manage data request with fund teams and third-party administrators
Coordinate the production of investor reports and mailings
Manage Investor Notifications / Mailings
Update client information (e.g., contacts and bank wire updates)
Organise and host investor meetings both on site and off site, as needed;
Facilitate Investor Advisory Committee meetings
Complete RFP/DDQ requests; update fund marketing materials and pitch books

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, investor relations or related function within the investment management industry; real estate experience preferred
Excellent writing and project management skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable working across functional groups – must be a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A high degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
Strong initiative, good judgement, and attention to detail
Confident in front of investors; able to understand their needs and manage expectations
Bachelor’s degree required
