A growing Estate Agency brand is looking for a Marketing Executive to come on board to grow the company’s online presence. Candidates must have strong digital marketing skills and a knowledge of property portals.
Duties Include:
· Creating and implementing the SEO and PPC strategy through national and local campaigns
· Managing the company’s social media strategy
· Creating sales proposals
· Responsibility for monthly reporting and the production of measurable results for clients
· To do the photography of vacant properties
· Have camera equipment
· Advertising of properties on website and portals
· Portal management
· Window displays
· Publications
· Brand management
The successful candidate will have SEO, Google Analytics and Adwords experience with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, illustrator and other industry programmes. You will be a good communicator with a high level of written English and excellent time management skills.
