A boutique property developer is looking for a senior marketer with strong project and budget management skills to pick up and lead on various projects on a temporary basics.

Duties include:

Create and manage an integrated marketing plan

Work alongside the Development team to budget, forecast and track the cost of each phase of the project life cycle

Design project specific brand identities

Manage agencies from sourcing appropriate agencies, overseeing all agency activity to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

Manage internal and external stakeholders

Planning and implementing web and social media campaigns from start to end.

Create, manage and implement all marketing material e.g. newsletters, presentations etc in line with marketing plans

Deliver and oversee community engagement programmes and respond to community feedback.

Track/monitor ongoing media coverage and flag any key press.

Establish and deliver media campaigns with media and creative agencies and assess the return of investment.

This is a broad marketing role on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will come from a property background but candidates with strong marketing project management skills will still be considered.

The role is very autonomous so please only apply if you are happy to work in a small team and lead on projects.
