This established and reputable A1 main contractor has consistently picked up large scale building projects even in a difficult market in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator to join their team to manage the M&E activities for a new large scale Green Mark building project.

You will have at least 5 years of construction experience coordinating the Mechanical and Electrical portion of large building projects, ideally with an A1 main contractor. You will be responsible for managing the sub contractors and suppliers to ensure the project runs on time and budget whilst ensuring the quality is maintained. You will have experience in handling the submissions for a Green Mark Gold Plus / Platinum project.
