Our client, a project management consultancy has reached out to Cobalt Recruitment to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong M&E bias. In this all encompassing role, candidates will need to be a client-facing self-starter competent in pre and post contract work and able to implement all aspects of quantity surveying services. Requirements :-
- Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying/M&E related field
- Demonstrable M&E/MEP experience.
- Significant working experience (contractor or consultancy) in Singapore.
- Commercial/ Residential/Mixed-use experience desirable.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills and positive attitude
