MRICS Associate Valuer
Based Manchester City Centre

A successful medium sized advisory firm are seeking an Associate Valuer to join a busy and expanding team in central Manchester. With support from other service lines and national offices, this is an excellent opportunity for a capable Valuer to really drive and assist with the growth of the valuation department. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of the following:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of executing commercial valuations for lending and non-lending purposes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel is essential
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial and residential valuations is key to this role
- Experience in valuations in Manchester and the wider North West is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in building and maintaining key business relationships
- RICS Registered Valuer status advantageous
