A boutique estate agency with huge expansion plans is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to grow the department.
The role will suit a self starter who has come from either agency or client side who is looking for a fresh challenge.
You will have outstanding written and verbal skills, you must be articulate, confident and career focused. You must be natural sales person with a proven track record in property sales.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Speaking and meeting with potential purchasers in and out of the office.
- Conducting tours and viewings of specific flats within new developments.
- Selling recently built and off-plan developments.
- Building relationships and negotiating with buyers.
You will receive commission on each sale, a car/allowance and a work phone.
