Key Responsibilities:

  • Process improvement / looking for efficiencies in the business (Implement standard practices, processes, policies & procedures across the region)
  • Perform process reviews to identify gaps and pain points, and develop flowcharts across the Group
  • Ensure risk management framework is rolled out consistently across the Group
  • Assist the Group with action plan implementation following various audits (from investors, external auditors etc.)
  • Assist in the roll out of digital strategies across the Group
  • Perform reviews of investor reporting to improve process, consistency and compliance.Standardising practices, processes, policies & procedures (documentation) across the region
  • Assisting in the implementation of risk management and reporting across the Group
  • Assisting in the roll out of the digital strategy across the Group
  • Review of investor reporting (process, compliance, consistency)

Key Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified (preferably from an audit/risk/business operations background) with a preference for real estate related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, ability to interact with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good project management skills
