We are currently seeking interest from suitable professionals for a major project civil engineering project based in Singapore.

Cobalt Recruitment currently has a great opportunity for experienced Pavement Engineers to join the team of an industry leading civil engineering expert. You will be joining a team of respected professionals in the provision of transport infrastructure engineering services for a large private sector client.

Candidates:

Must be familiar with reclaimed land / compacting sand to a 98% standard (acceptable standard is 95%, agreement is 98%).

Must be able to deal with surface and table water issues when it comes to land.

Ideally from a geo-technical background and worked with sand/asphalt before.

MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLE: 5+

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Undertaking pavement engineering design, review and project management for a large scale civil infrastructure project.
  • Provision of specialist design and reporting expertise within a multi-disciplinary office.
  • Management of client relationships on allocated project.
  • Day-to-day project management of the construction processes. Part of a team managing over 200+ workers.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to work shifts – the project will run 24/7.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably from a recognised University. Civil/structural or Geotechnical – those with a specialisation in pavements/roads/runways/rail design will have an added advantage.
  • Main contractor experience.
  • Those with Singapore based experience are a preference.
  • An enthusiasm and drive to contribute to the growth and development of an expanding team.

An ability to start as soon as possible would be an added advantage.
