Senior Planner and Planner
Brighton

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Planner and a Senior Planner to join an established property consultancy in East Sussex. This particular role will give you exposure to a varied client base working on behalf of house-builders, developers, private individuals and public sector clients. Our client prides themselves on the strength of their client relationships which is proven with the current pipeline of new and repeat business.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, monitoring and submitting planning applications.
  • Managing internal advisors and external consultant teams.
  • Negotiations on behalf of the client.
  • Report writing.
  • Liaising internally with neighbouring offices.
  • Managing existing and new client relationships.

You will join a team of four planners sat within a large, well-staffed office. The office includes an array of internal teams such as estate agency, development, land management, administration and taxation.

Ideally the Planner and Senior Planner will be RTPI qualified with experience of working within the private sector; however, candidates who are close to submitting their APC will be considered. Candidates who have come from a local authority background will also be given full consideration.
