Planner & Senior Planner

London

A leading Planning & Design consultancy with multiple offices across the UK are looking to expand their London office with the addition of a Planner and a Senior Planner.

  • The Planner will join a team of seven with a focus on large-scale mixed-use schemes and medium-sized urban applications throughout the UK.
  • The Senior Planner will join a team of five, exposed to high profile projects throughout Greater London.

Across both teams, clients will consist of major house-builders, boutique developers, housing associations, public sector entities and high net worth individuals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Involvement with coordinating project teams
  • Conducting site appraisals and desk research
  • Attending meetings
  • Negotiation and submission of planning applications
  • Drafting planning statements
  • Liaising with new and existing clients

In addition to the above, the Senior Planner will have more responsibility and in-depth involvement with clients and the day-to-day management of projects. The ideal Planner and Senior Planner will be chartered or working towards their APC (RTPI).
