My client is a leading global Property Consultancy and due to continued growth and success of the business they are looking to expand their South East Planning team with the addition of a Planner & Senior Planner. You will be joining an experienced multi-disciplined team focusing on residential and commercial sectors and will be working with some of the major house-builders and developers in the market.

Day to day role responsibilities will include –

  • Delivering advice across a broad range of specialisms including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes
  • Undertaking additional research and the preparation, submission and negotiations of planning applications and appeals
  • Managing medium to large scale projects and delegating tasks to junior members of the team
  • Advising land owners, house-builders and local authorities directly on their land and development opportunities
  • The ability to manage competing demands to meet project timescales and provide clear guidance and direction on key priorities and business goals

In addition, you will contribute to the identification and pursuit of business development opportunities whilst maintaining existing client relationships. This position requires the appointed Town Planners to be members of the Royal Town Planning Institute with a proven track record of post qualification experience.
