Planning Manager (Planner/Senior Planner)

London

My client is seeking a capable Planner/Senior Planner who will report directly to the Head of Planning sitting within the land department. This position will give the appointed Planner exposure to working on a number of high-end residential developments across the country. You will also work closely with a specialist financial lender, representing their real estate clientele to protect investments. The ideal candidate will be chartered (RTPI) with development management and private residential experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking planning appraisals
  • Managing external consultants
  • Negotiating and liaising with planning officers
  • Writing planning statements and applications
  • Undertaking evidence-based studies

This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner/Senior Planner looking to move client-side or an experienced Planning Manager who would like to gain more experience working for a boutique housebuilder. Regarding remuneration, my client is offering a competitive base salary and a rewarding bonus scheme.
