Pre Construction Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor with · Cobalt NZ

This role would be focusing on Pre-Construction and have a strong focus on a split between PM delivery and Pricing/QS-ing. This role would suit someone with from a PM Delivery or Quantity Surveying background that is keen to grow their skillset and be exposed to both lines of work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ability to work with in a fast paced environment
• Commercial Interior project experience is desirable
• Strong stakeholder management skills and client facing
• Experience delivering in the NZ market is essential
• Willingness to learn and grow your skillset
