Principal Planner/Associate Planner/Salaried Partner

Bristol

I am currently working with an established commercial property firm in Bristol as they look to hire a senior-level Town Planning professional to join their team; my client is open to bringing on board an experienced Principal Planner through to an Associate or Partner. Ideally, the candidate will be a chartered member of the RTPI, possess business development capabilities and will have experience managing medium-large scale commercial schemes across the South West. In this capacity, you will be exposed to a high profile client base, working with investors, institutional funds, universities, developers, local authorities, aerospace providers and landowners; with strong links between all offices, you will be joining a business with a collaborative ethos and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of planning appraisals
  • Improving the business’ output and strategy
  • Management of external sub-consultant teams

As a senior-level employee, your package will include a competitive basic salary, company car/allowance, discretionary bonus and pension.
