Cobalt is working with a well-known international successful and established developer across the entire Asia region. They have continued their growth across South East Asia and in particular Vietnam.
With this growth, a new position for a Project Director has been created to manage their project portfolio. This role will require you to be instrumental in driving these large-scale residential developments from conception through to completion.
You will need at least 15 years of experience, with a number of residential developments completed. Ideally, you will have experience in Vietnam or at least in other developing countries in Asia. You will be adept at dealing with local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure the project is completed at high standards, within cost and in a timely manner.
