As an enthusiastic and ambitious Project Architect you will have experience in leading a team of junior architects, who are at different levels of experience. You will also have a proven background in delivering successful project outcomes, and have a passion for design excellence.

About the Role
- Able to provide innovative design ideas
- Responsible for all phases of the project cycle, from conception through to delivery
- Meet and liaise with clients and consultants
- Deliver project documentation in Revit
- Monitor design process during construction stage
- Manage and mentor junior Architects at all levels of experience
- Liaise with authorities and consultants and represent the company where required
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in architecture – with 5+ years experience
- Experience in the Residential space highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of local building codes and NZ3604, including architectural design, detailing, building materials, construction, costs and relevant building legislation
- Strong technical skills in Revit
- Ability to work well as part of a team or autonomously
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative working
- Ability to create, nurture and grow client relationships
