Project Manager required for Client in the West Midlands.
Salary up to £65,000 plus excellent benefits package.

Based from an office in the West Midlands, the appointed candidate will work closely with the wider business, managing a portfolio of high value, complex commercial property projects. These schemes will be a mix of new build and refurbishments sites across the North. You will ensure that all projects are health and safety compliant, responsible for bringing all projects in on time, to quality and budget.

Key duties will include:

  • Advise on design and construction programmes and indicate critical decision dates.
  • Ensure professional teams liaise with statutory authorities.
  • Monitor construction ensuring compliance through to practical completion

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven project management experience
  • A tangible track record of having detailed exposure to development/refurbishment projects of a similar scale from inception to completion. Experience of offices and healthcare facilities would be extremely advantageous
  • The successful candidate is likely to come from either a similar background, project management company, building consultancy/project management division in private practice or a major property company.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a close knit commercially motivated team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • IT proficiency – Word and Excel to a high standard.
