£45,000 – £55,000 plus benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Project Manager looking to working for a Developer client in the Midlands. Supporting the Development Director, the appointed Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are enabled on time and within budget. You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the design and technical teams building and maintaining positive relationships with JV partners, third parties and contractors.
Appointed candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the delivery of new build projects, understanding what is required to make a scheme profitable. Experience of the primary health / elderly care sectors would be advantageous, but not essential.
