Project Manager – Building Contractor

Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with an ambitious and growing, niche, residential building contractor that is currently working on a number of schemes in London. Our client has asked us to help their team grow and to source a talented Project Manager to join their team.

With projects at different stages of planning and construction, our client requires a well-rounded individual that can facilitate and oversee the construction programme of sites and external teams to ensure project completion to time, budget and quality.

The successful candidate must have experience in construction with an associated construction qualification as you join a driven project team that manages the design and construction of mid to high end residential project across London.

As this is a small but award winning contractor, this is a great opportunity to work directly with the labour force and see projects through to completion without the red tape of working for a large tier 1 contractor.

Remuneration;
£55,000 – £80,000 (Dependant on experience)
