Cashier – Quickbooks Online East London

£23,000 – £28,000

My client is a leading property advisor who are currently seeking a Cashier with Quickbooks Online experience.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage the deposit accounts and ensure all deposits are set up and closed on CMS within the relevant guidelines
Be responsible for posting all entries on to Quickbooks On Line
Reconcile all QuickBooks bank accounts
To input all new suppliers on to the companies property management system
To deal with all creditor statements and creditor queries
To assist accountants with invoice input

Personal Specification:

You will have previous working experience using Quickbooks online / Tramps property management system
Great working knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite, inclusive of intermediate/advance Excel skills for reporting purposes
You will have excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload
Be confident and due diligent in your approach
